The children in Miss Daly’s room were given the challenge of making a boat out of modelling clay as part of Engineer’s Week. The children experimented with many different shapes and sizes with varying results – getting a block of modelling clay to float is not an easy task! The children were soon experimenting with different designs with more and more success.
