World Book Day

We are delighted to be celebrating World Book Day on Thursday 3rd March. Over the last 19 years World Book Day has become firmly established as Ireland’s biggest annual event promoting the enjoyment of books and reading. The main aim is to encourage children to explore the pleasure of books and reading by providing them with an opportunity to have a book of their own.  Each child has been given a voucher to the value of €1.50 to encourage the purchase of a book. The World Book Day Book Tokens are valid from Monday 29 February–Sunday 27th March 2016.
