Family Time at Your Library 2021 is being celebrated a bit differently by Cork County Library.  COVID restrictions have prevented us from having events in libraries so instead they are encouraging families to still visit them to borrow books, bring them home and read them together during the month of December.

All families who participate and email a photo of their family reading library books together at home will be put in a raffle and could win some great family prizes.  First prize is an annual Conservation Pass for Fota Wildlife Park and runners up could win day passes to West Cork Model Railway Village in Clonakilty or Titanic Experience in Cobh. 

 They would love to encourage children and families to keep reading and make sure that they realise that their local library is still open for book borrowing.  All Cork County Library branch and mobile libraires are participating so all families and children have to do is call to their local Cork County Library, borrow some books, read them together at home and send us a photo tocorkcountylibrary@corkcoco.ie.
