The weather over the last two weeks hasn’t been great – thit an tóin as an spéir, but here at Togher N.S. we follow the old German or possibly Norwegian saying – “There’s no such thing as bad weather just inappropriate clothing.” On went the coats and out we went to engage in movement breaks and circuits of our Active Walkway. We are currently in one of the most beautiful parts of the country and have passed through Ballinskelligs and Portmagee. We paused for a while to look at the Skellig islands before arriving in Cahersiveen.
