Micheal Burke from the Heritage Council gave a fascinating workshop on plant propagation. We like to get our hands dirty here at Togher N.S. so the children were soon mixing compost and planting cuttings, seeds and garlic cloves! We are also conducting an interesting experiment involving garlic cloves sourced from different retail chains. More information to follow!
