When it comes to the Christmas excess there is no “app for that”. First week back after the holidays and we are putting in the kilometres. Having navigated the rugged peninsulas of Cork and Kerry we are looking forward to the relatively straight forward Clare coastline on our Wild Atlantic Way Challenge. This week we have put in 105 km and we have walked or run our way to Miltown Malbay. We decided to make camp at Spanish Point. Our next stretch is along the spectacular Cliffs of Moher and through The Burren.
